my friend jan invited me to a pit firing next weekend. i've never done one before, but jan says you can get some great effects using dried cow pies in the fuel mix. i promised to pick some up at my sister's since she has cattle. but it's been raining like crazy here, so even the dry ones were wet. here they are on the hood of my car baking in the sun.
