one of my non-clay activities is teaching myself animation. here's a very short sample, a video i made using one of the hybrid creatures princess butterbean and i created.

a new zine and postcards from queue shop in kamakura feature momoku ito's wonderful drawings of my vases!  the vases themselves are available at the store, too.

uni

working on a bunch of freestanding characters combining porcelain and my decals with princess butterbean's drawings. 

this one is uni. 

the princess says, "uni the unicorn lives in the forest. she likes flowers and likes to take big walks. she can make water rise up into the air so everything could have water. she glitters and sparkles with pink."

shibori style ceramics
